So Juicy- Juice & Salad Bar: Reviews & Ratings
We went in today for a quick bite. We tried a salad, some juice and a smoothie. I was impressed by the fresh pressed juice. I got the Sweeter Greener juice. Considering all the veggies in it, the juice was tasty, not very earthy at all and not too sweet. The salad bar was nice. The salads were an even $9, no matter how many ingredients you added. That was quite nice. We both enjoyed our salads. They werent out of this world but it was a solid salad. I thought the smoothie was tasty and not too sweet. We had the strawberry cake smoothie. Overall, I enjoyed this place. It's a quick, healthy spot. I was a bit disappointed they didn't have any tea/ iced tea, or water that I could refill. They offered bottled water, but it would have been really nice if they had an area for unsweet tea, water and maybe some light lemonade. They seem to be all about health, but the liquids were slacking a little. Having eaten in the restaurant, our desire was water and not a $8 juice. Some different types of lemonade or teas would be a great addition that would further excel So Juicy.
A cute place with a bunch of options for healthy food and drinks. Me and my friends were the only ones in there, not because the place was lacking anything but the city just lacks people so you'll definitely find more than enough space to enjoy your meal.
We are regulars here! For a family of 6 it gets pricey but you can’t put a price tag on quality ingredients that are nourishing and mindfully curated to naturally energize and fuel our bodies. We love So Juicy and all that they have to offer. We are lucky to have this business here.
I've had a few things from here now. I love that there is always a vegan soup, and I've tried the cheddar broccoli and tomato ones which were both amazing. I had an acaii bowl twice and it was pretty average for a bowl, plus you can add whatever at a cost. This place overall is overpriced for what is given. I got an avocado toast a few times which was like $9, and is the most overpriced, basic avo toast I've ever gotten. It isn’t even toasted, just avo spread, a TON of chili flakes and lemon oil I got it again without the chili flakes and it was literally just spread on untoasted bread for $9...My husband tried a smoothie from here and it had no flavor, but it was filling. I tried a vegan chocolate pb smoothie and it also had like no flavor. Overall, I like the soup here because it's vegan and convenient from where I work, but it could definitely afford to upgrade the avo toast by adding spinach, microgreens, pumpkin seeds, tomatoes, or being on a bigger bread, not just basic bread and spread. I seriously can't get over the fact that just basic toast is that much money when you can and should go across the street to LCB Cafe and get good things on the toast for less.
My first time here and lunch was amazing! I had the salad and broccoli cheddar soup combo which was reasonably priced for the high quality. Please come to Fallon!
Nice and large shop, case of juices ready to grab and go. The service was great. Ordered: Sweeter Greener juice 10/10 Acai bowl 7/10 The juice was wonderful, the Acai bowl was incredibly sweet to the point of not being able to finish
So happy to find a juice spot during my travels. I had a green shot, an Acai bowl (delightful) and the Aloha juice (hella tasty). If you are in the vicinity, do yourself a favor and drop in and grab a juice, they had a nice variety.

So Juicy- Juice & Salad Bar208 N Carson St, Carson City, NV 89701, United States Hotline: +1 775-434-7499
So Juicy- Juice & Salad Bar, nestled at 208 N Carson St in Carson City, offers a fresh and mindful approach to quick, healthy eating. This spot stands out for its commitment to quality ingredients and simple, nourishing options. The highlight here is undoubtedly the fresh-pressed juices, like the Sweeter Greener—a blend rich in vegetables yet surprisingly balanced, not overly earthy or sweet, making it a refreshing choice for juice enthusiasts.
The salad bar is another strong point, offering a straightforward pricing strategy where all salads are a flat $9 regardless of the number of ingredients. It’s a solid, dependable option that caters well to anyone looking for a wholesome meal without fuss. While the salads may not dazzle with complexity, they reliably satisfy with fresh, crisp ingredients, perfect for a quick, healthy bite.
For those craving something more indulgent yet health-conscious, the smoothies here lean towards being lightly sweetened and filling, with flavors like the strawberry cake smoothie offering a gentle touch rather than an overwhelming sugar rush. Vegan options, including hearty soups like cheddar broccoli and tomato, receive praise for their convenience and quality, a boon for those seeking plant-based nourishment on the go.
That said, there is room for growth. The beverage selection feels a bit limited, with an absence of refillable water, teas, or lighter options such as unsweetened iced tea or lemonade. Adding such choices could elevate the experience and align better with the brand’s health-forward ethos.
So Juicy exudes a welcoming, neighborhood vibe with space to enjoy a calm, healthful meal. While pricing can feel steep, especially for simpler items like avocado toast, the emphasis on fresh, nourishing ingredients and mindful preparation makes it a valued destination for locals and families who prioritize quality and wellness in their daily dining.
